Greenhouse Health is a mobile Occupational Therapy clinic that services the Gold Coast region. Our boundary is the Coomera River in the north and Kingscliff, Northern NSW in the south.

This will be the person managing communications and intake for the young person.

Name and email of carer or guardian if under 18. This person will be the signatory to service agreements. If over 18 and self-managed, please state 'self'.
